Returns:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We DO NOT accept returns. We will accept items for exchange if they were received damaged or defective in any way. If you receive a damaged item, within 48 hours, take a picture of the item(s) along with the order number and email them to info@fatelipgloss.com explaining what is wrong with the item(s).
After we have reviewed the situation, we will contact you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s) and the processes we take to get your item(s) replaced. In order for us to maintain the quality of our products, we will not accept any returns of products for reasons other than them being damaged or defective. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Note: There are NO REFUNDS only exchanges for damaged merchandise.

Any order discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. You will need to upload a picture of the items received, the order number, and email those along with the issue you are seeking to get resolved to info@fatelipgloss.com
